Every Kismet Magic Glitter is a multi-pigment blend — most contain four to six separate glitters and micas. Loose pigment poured onto a flat surface will look like separate colours, because it is. The blend happens on your skin.

1. Start with a medium. Aloe gel, a glitter primer, a slick balm or a mixing medium. Dry pigment on dry skin will not grip and will not read as one colour.
2. Press, don’t sweep. Use a flat synthetic brush or a fingertip. Press the pigment into the tacky base — sweeping separates the flakes.
3. Build in thin layers. Two light passes read as glass skin. One heavy pass reads as craft glitter.
4. Top it. A setting spray or a clear gloss over the top locks it down and fuses the colours into a single sheet of light.
5. Then find your light. These pigments are engineered for direct light — window light, ring light, flash, or a 395nm blacklight for the UV Glow line. Flat overhead light will always under-sell them.
